Service Descriptions

We specialize in rain gutter installation, cleaning, and repair services. We offer a five-year workmanship warranty on new installations. This warranty is limited to installation errors and excludes cleaning, repair, or other services. Material claims must be directed to the supplier or manufacturer.

Payment

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards. A 3.0% surcharge is applied to credit card transactions, compliant with California Civil Code Section 1748.1, which stipulates that the surcharge should not exceed our total cost of accepting such cards. Debit card payments are exempt from this surcharge.

Drone Usage

For some site evaluations, drones may be employed subject to the property owner's or project coordinator's permission. These instances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to assess safety and necessity. Drone operations are compliant with FAA regulations, including pilot certifications and safety guidelines. All drone operations are conducted by certified pilots and adhere to safety guidelines. We deploy a comprehensive safety protocol, including bright colored vests, hats, and safety cones around takeoff and landing zones to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
